Anand Joshi sent in this one, explaining, "This photograph was taken by me on my Blackberry at a roadside park in Beijing, near the China World Trade Centre after the rains."

"I've taken this photograph from my balcony," says Prashant Sanyal of New Delhi. "These school girls were returning from school and enjoying the first rain."

And finally Rajeshwar Singh, also of New Delhi, contributed this snapshot, stating, "This was taken when I went to Gangotri from Uttarkashi in Uttarakhand. A stream meets the great River Ganga."
