Unusual summer pics: Standing in the fountain!

We invited you to send in unique summer-themed photographs -- odd scenes that are captured on a lens for posterity -- to share with other readers. Here are a few more responses!

First up we have this image from Shekhar Gupta, who says, "The snap was taken on our last visit to Downtown Disney in Orlando (USA). I just tried to jump into the middle of this fountain."

Next we have this photograph from Suman Kumar Bhowmick who exlains, "I took this picture a few days back, on my trip to Chandipur Beach in Orissa. It was a hot sunny day and the sea water had receded for a few hours."

Siddharth Nawal of Bangalore contributed this pic, taken one morning in Ooty's Botanical Garden.

"This was shot at Kudremukh Peak in the Chickmagalur District of Karnataka," says Rajesh Pai. "It was the experience of a lifetime -- nature at its best. I really loved it and miss it too -- if God gives me another chance in life to visit it, I will take it for sure."

And finally, we have this one from Aswath Khan, which captures a lovely sunset.
