Unusual summer pics: Bright, hot and beautiful

Next we have this one from Kamal Parekh, who is based in Bangkok, Thailand. She clicked this fantastic image when she visited Pakchong, a two-and-a-half hour drive from Bangkok in April.

Piyush Kumar contributed this photograph, which he says was taken in Yercaud (Tamil Nadu), a hillstation around 200 kms from Bangalore.

This scenic snapshot from a gondola in Venice was sent in by Saurabh Toteja of London.

And finally, Samprukt Mohanty of Cuttack, Orissa, sent in this lovely photo of light filtering through a palm tree in Bangalore.
