Will YOU buy the KTM Duke 390 for Rs 2 lakh?

Bajaj Auto will unveil the KTM Duke 390 in mid-November at ECIMA Motorcycle Show. Powered by a 390cc engine the bike will hit Indian roads in March 2013 at a price of Rs 2 lakh.

The Duke is already available in 690 and 990 versions.

 

Will YOU buy the KTM Duke 390 for Rs 2 lakh?


The KTM Duke 390 will be powered by a 375cc engine which will have a single-cylinder. It will produce around 45 PS of power and 30 Nm of torque. A 0 to 100 km/hr in less than 7 seconds is expected from this beast.

Top speed of around 180 km/hr is what Duke 390 is likely to manage.

The KTM Duke 390 will share its styling elements with the Duke 200. It will also feature most of the hardware from its elder sibling, like the Trellis frame, upside down forks, WP suspension, wide rubber, monoshock and fully digital console.

The KTM Duke 390 will weigh around 150 kg, which is splendid for a bike producing so much power.

It will be manufactured at Bajaj Auto's Chakan facility and will be launched in March 2013, at a price of around Rs 2 lakh.
