First up we have this interesting image from Ravi Raj, who says, "This was e is summer, so your photograph has to gel with the season. Hurry and send in your entry today!

Next we have this one from Subhash Chintamaneni who explains, "This was a hot day in Southern California. We turned the water sprinkler on in the backyard and great fun followed with my son."

Debarati Dasgupta e-mailed in this photograph, mentioning that "the height of summer calls for some chilled wine in Mumbai."

Reader Arun Sonar sent in two pics -- this first was shot in the blue coastal waters of Tarkarli beach along the Maharashtra coast.
