The Honda NM4-02 is a bike which gives us a glimpse of the future, says Faisal Ali Khan of MotorBeam.com

As a two-wheeler manufacturer Honda usually doesn't go out of the way to design something which is crazy in design, not even for its concepts. However, the automaker has made a motorcycle which we can easily say is from the future, the Honda NM4 Vultus.

Unveiled only a few months back, this motorcycle was seen as just another concept bike but Honda has now put it into production.

Yes, you read that right, Honda has put the NM4 into production but it's the second version of the Vultus, called the NM4-02. The bike will go on sale in Japan on June 10 and the styling has been revised; the motorcycle's bulky appearance has been re-styled to make it look more attractive with sleeker body elements.

It's not only Japan where people will get to enjoy this futuristic bike; Honda also plans to put it on sale in Europe in the near future. The NM4 is a very practical bike; it can be used both in the city as well as for touring long distances.

It's a comfortable bike and one can carry all the luggage of the rider thanks to the mounts for panniers.

The Honda NM4-02 is positioned in the New Mid category, it's based on the NC750 and is an easy to ride bike, using a dual clutch automatic transmission (there is no option of a manual at all).

Powering the Honda NM4 is a 8-valve, 670cc engine which is a power cruiser motor. Honda doesn't have plans to launch this bike in India anytime soon.
