How many units did Suzuki Inazuma sell? THREE!

Yep! And now they are slashing the prize by Rs One lakh!

Recently, we brought you the review of Suzuki Inazuma, a bike we rated highly but was marred by its high pricing.

After having sold just 3 units in the Indian market, Suzuki has dropped the price of the Inazuma by Rs 1 lakh, a massive price cut of close to 30 per cent.

The new on-road price of the Suzuki Inazuma is Rs 2.45 lakh, down from Rs 3.46 lakh earlier.

The Suzuki Inazuma is a very capable bike.

What really makes the Suzuki Inazuma an excellent bike is the fact that it boasts of an excellent ride quality which means comfort over our bad and broken roads.

The Suzuki Inazuma is powered by a 248cc, parallel-twin engine. It is the most affordable twin-cylinder engined bike in the country.

The liquid-cooled powerplant belts out 24 HP of peak power and 22 Nm of peak torque, matched to a 6-speed gearbox.

While the Inazuma takes 11.5 seconds to reach 100 km/hr from standstill, it has a top speed of 135 km/hr and will return a mileage of 30-35 km/l.

The Suzuki Inazuma has styling inspired from the legendary B-King. While the three-spoke alloy wheels might not please everyone's tastes, the big and brawny appeal impresses mightily.

With the revised pricing, the Suzuki Inazuma is all set to compete with the Honda CBR250R, KTM Duke 390 and Royal Enfield's Continental GT, all of which are priced between Rs 2.10 to 2.20 lakh in the Indian market.
