It is possible to reach Haldwani or Almora by public bus or taxi/shared taxi from New Delhi. And from either of these towns there is a daily day bus service to Munsiyari. Alternatively, take a bus to Pithoragarh and then change for Munsiyari. There is a daily train service from Delhi to Haldwani.
