India-Pak should stay focussed on Afghanistan: US

Replying to questions about the growing tensions between India and Pakistan over the terrorist attack on the Indian Parliament, coalition spokesman Kenton Keith said, "We hope both the countries stay focussed on the unfinished agenda on Afghanistan."

He said efforts were still underway to get rid of Al Qaeda and Taliban terrorists in Afghanistan and the search continued for the capture of terrorist mastermind Osama Bin Laden.

He said the coalition was confident both India and Pakistan would not escalate tension.
