Letter of the Day

Horses for courses!!!
If Ajit Agarkar was the best bowler on view in Australia when India last
toured that country, why is he neglected given the fact that South
Africa will have similar wickets ?
Lets not forget that along with Zaheer Khan, Agarkar is India's fastest bowler. No Indian fast bowler has bowled well on Indian wickets so lets not judge him on that.
Agarkar in between has played just one test overseas ! On such hard, fast and
bouncy wickets its only pace that will make us compete against SA, not
bread and butter stuff that Prasad, Harvinder or Mohanty will dish out.
Lets us think of Agarkar more as a long term bowling prospect and not an
all rounder.
For the good of Indian cricket, lets play fair !
