For Executive-Finance Shared Services (Job Code FSS-Exec)
~ You will be responsible for accounting, financial control, reconciliations, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, etc for an assigned function and/or country.
~ You could be a B Com/ M Com with three to eight years of finance/ accounting experience.
~ You could be a CA Intermediate/ MBA Finance with two to four years of experience.
~ You could be a fresh CA.
For Executive-Credit Information System (Job Code FSS-CIS)
~ You will be responsible for developing, documenting and implementing timely, relevant, and comprehensive risk-related reporting.
~ You must be a B Com/ MBA/ CA with two to four years of experience in the financial/ banking environment.
~ You must be proficient in MS Excel, MS Access, Powerpoint and Business Objects.
~ You must be conversant with the accounting systems.
For Team Leader-Bank By Phone (Job Code BBP-TL)
~ You will be responsible for managing a team of 10 to 15 customer care associates and supervising the operations of the team.
~ You must be a graduate with three to five years of experience in a call centre/ customer service preferable in a financial process.
~ You must have prior team management experience of at least one year in a BPO environment in a similar capacity.
For Client Servicing Officers (Job Code BBP-CSO)
~ You will be responsible for handing queries of overseas corporate customers.
~ You must be a graduate with two to three years experience in correspondence banking/ cash management for national and international clients/ trade operations.
~ You must have knowledge of remittances/ trade investigations/ inward and outward clearing.
~ Prior experience in servicing overseas European and American clients would be desirable.
~ Exposure to SWIFT will be preferable.
For Officer/ Executive-Global Operations Trust (Job Code IBOps-Exec)
~ You will be responsible for FED settlement, DTCC settlements, STN/ Non-STN mutual funds settlement, international settlements, account transactions and money market trading/ settlements.
~ You must be a B Com with two to four years experience in securities operations/ accounting.
~ Candidates with degree/ diploma in accounting/ finance will be preferred.
For Team Leader-Peoplesoft (Job Code HR-PS)
~ You will be responsible for handling the Human Resource Information System on Peoplesoft application.
~ You must be a graduate/ post-graduate with two to four years of experience in Peoplesoft implementation.
~ You must have functional expertise in HR.
~ You must be conversant with Peoplesoft tool and its functionalities.
~ Experience in a BPO environment would be an added advantage.
