What: The Indian Institute of Management-Ahmedabad invites corporates, entrepreneurs, professionals, MBA students and undergraduate students to attend its annual international business school summit, Confluence 2006.

Confluence 2006 is structured as a series of four distinct sessions:

~ Managing Nations: The Growth Trajectory brings together a variety of stakeholders to indulge in a constructive dialogue aimed at carving out India's position in an Emerging Asia: Vision 2020 and beyond.

~ New Horizons: Catalysts for Growth attempts to identify upcoming sectors which will drive growth in the new millennium.

~ Advantage India: Retaining the Edge looks into possible strategic responses and initiatives that India can come up with to sustain its competitive advantage.

~ Genesis: Creating value attempts to look at innovative entrepreneurial plans, giving budding entrepreneurs a chance to interact with venture capitalists and successful entrepreneurs.
