~ Design Head: 5 years experience, Sr. Designer: 3 years experience, Jr. Designer: 1.5 years experience in a reputed Interactive/Advertising agency
- Must have a BFA/MFA/Diploma in Applied Art/Communication Design from an institute of repute
- Proficient with Flash, Action Scripting and Optimization, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, HTML and DHTML. Basic knowledge of Java Script/Image Ready, Fireworks, Illustrator, Corel Draw, Adobe Premiere and Sound Forge
- Ability to communicate/present ideas fluently in English
- A kickass portfolio
- An eye for detail and the ability to quality-check your own work
- An inherent ability to meet deadlines
