What: Shameem Akthar, yoga acharya, will hold a Warrior yoga workshop at HELP library in the Fort Area of Mumbai.
Details:
~ On Saturday, October 27, from 11 am to 1 pm.
~ During the two-hour interactive workshop participants will learn the warrior series of yogic poses, with emphasis on breath sequence, body alignment, developing core strength and mental focus.
~ Cost Rs 100 per adult, Rs 50 per child.
