Chandrababu Naidu to visit Pak

Former Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu has been invited to Pakistan to participate in the South Asian Management Forum - 2004.

Naidu will be in Pakistan for four days from November 28. He will deliver the valedictory address at the forum, to be hosted by the Association of Management Development Institutions in South Asia, a body recognised by the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation. He will also speak on 'Managing Challenges -- the Andhra Pradesh Experience' at the forum on December 1.

Naidu will also meet Pakistan President General Pervez Musharraf and Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz in Islamabad. He will visit Lahore to address the Pakistan Chamber of Commerce and Industries and the Software Association.

This will be Naidu's first visit to Pakistan. During his nine-year stint as chief minister, he made official visits to the United States, the UK, Ireland, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Israel, United Arab Emirates, China, Japan, Thailand, Singapore and Malaysia.
