A glam launch for the Kingfisher Calendar 2010

Hot models, celebrities and sunglasses --like every year, the Kingfisher Calendar 2010 was launched with plenty of glamour and glitz in Mumbai yesterday. Chairman of United Breweries Dr Vijay Mallya hosted the party at his residence and guest of honour was Bollywood star Deepika Padukone, who featured in the calendar herself back in 2006. Here's a glimpse of the famous guests, the models and the calendar itself.

First up is photographer Atul Kasbekar, seen posing with his lovelies (from left to right) Gia Johnson Singh, Aashika Pratt, Sonali Raut, Anjali Lavaniya, Himarsha Venkatsamy and Esha Gupta.

With all the leggy lasses around, Deepika well held her own in a sparkling mini and gladiator sandals -- although she was a mite too bling-y for a brunch, what say?

Mandira Bedi ditched her straps altogether in favour of a pretty white daytime number.

Actor Kunal Kapoor looked dapper in a grey jacket and pink shirt; he is seen here in Kasbekar's company.

Madhur Bhandarkar put in an appearance, probably looking for a new model to launch in his next movie! He is seen here with Dr Mallya.

Abhay Deol was also in attendance, looking very much the cool cucumber in his retro aviator glares.
