Video: Here's how you get a sexy back

New York-based fitness trainer Sarina Jain is currently in Mumbai to shoot her seventh masala bhangra workout video. In a previous demo, she showed readers a workout for flat abs; here, she tells you how to tone your back.

"Weight training is the best way to tone up your muscles. But if you don't have weights the best way to get a sexy back is to get to the ground, with your arms underneath your shoulders -- not too wide apart neither too far away from your body. Now, get down to your elbows and get back up. Repeat this 20 times with each arm."

"Now come back to the original position, flip to a side and stretch your arm as much as possible. Repeat with the other side. If you find this difficult to hold, try it with a half arm. If you want to challenge yourself lift the leg that isn't touching the ground and hold the position."
