Video: A festive recipe for Spanish sausages

So you have the cocktails in place. Now here are some starters to go with them! Head chef Sagar Tithe and Sahil Timbadia, partner of Bonobo Bar and Restaurant in Mumbai show you how to cook Spanish Chorizo Sausages.
Ingredients:
- 1 bowl of Spanish sausage
- 20 gms diced onions
- 40 gms bell peppers
- Some chopped parsley
Method of preparation:
- In a hot frying pan saute the Spanish sausages. You need not use oil or any regular spices, because the sausages are fatty and spicy.
- After about two minutes, add onions and bell peppers to the pan and saute till the sausages are cooked.
- Add parsley as a garnish.
- Serve hot with pita bread and mustard sauce.
