We invited readers to send in their favourite travel pic -- that one photograph that perfectly captures the beauty of a place they visited. And we have been inundated with stunning pics of every corner of this beautiful country. We would like to thank readers for the tremendous response. Keep those pics coming!

As a follow up to readers' sunrise pics, here we present photographs readers sent in of (you guessed it) breathtaking sunsets.

Brian Lobo sends in this view from Malpe Beach, near Udupi in Karnataka.

"I took the picture after wading into the sea some distance, as behind me there were scores of people bathing or playing in the cool Arabian Sea waters as the waves rushed to them. For that one instant I was alone with nature inspite of being in the midst of that crowd."

Do you have a photograph that perfectly captures the beauty of a place -- of a breathtaking peak or a picture-perfect seashore? Share it with the world.
