The fifth and final day of Lakme Fashion Week commenced with an accessories showing from labels by four designers -- breathing space by Eina Ahluwalia, Malaga by Malini Agarwala, Crimzon by Sonali Dalwani and Suhani Pittie. Here's a look at the footwear, handbags and eye-catching costume jewellery on display.

First up were two lines by Ahluwalia for breathing space, titled 'Truth' and 'Sunset in Nice'. In the former, sliced agate symbolised the constant of truth, while the silver and semi-precious stones accompanying it reflected the variability of truth. Seen here is sliced agate with sterling silver fretwork, strung on jasper.
Eye-catching amethyst
More sliced agate is set with silver, but this time the statement piece is strung on amethyst.
Sunset in Nice
The designer's second line was meant to reflect the vibrant hues of a sunset in the South of France. Silk fabrics and shells framed in silver were the mainstays, like this wispy green neckpiece and metal pendant.
The close of the first collection
Eina Ahluwalia steps out while her 'Sunset Aflame' accessory, another fiery silk and silver piece, is showcased in the background.
Flamore
Malini Agarwala's new line 'Flamore' for her label 'Malaga' consisted of shoes, accessories and handbags inspired by the bloom of nature in summer. Here is a pair of ruffle-embellished flipflops with matching tote and a disc pendant.
Tote trend
Another white tote makes its way onto the ramp, this time with yellow tie-up flat sandals -- balmy footwear at its best.
Pretty in pearls
Grey and white pearls of different sizes string up beautifully around the neck, while the bag shows off matching threadwork with hints of shimmer.
Simone does the showstopping honours
Agarwala steps out alongside her showstopper Simone, who models a gold evening clutch with leather applique and crystals. Her stilettos go well with the purse and around her neck is a piece put together with gold chains, crystals and pearls.
Papillon
Next was designer Sonali Dalwani's label Crimzon with the collection 'Papillon', butterflies being the chief motif. A happy riot of colour is seen on the ramp by way of matching earrings, necklace and cuffs. The handbag is also embellished with the same beads.
Flitty blue
Another giant-winged beauty adorns this blue necklace, with metal links added on to set it apart from the rest.
Sequinned style
The black sequinned finish of this sparkler is broken by the colourful patches on the straps; the beaded belt adds on well.
Anusha does a modelling turn
Dalwani steps out arm in arm with actress and MTV-veejay Anusha Dandekar carrying the showstopping accessories -- a heavily worked three-dimensional butterfly bag teamed with a classic onyx pendant on chains.
'The Grunge Begum'
And finally, we have Suhani Pittie's 'Grunge Begum' offerings -- jewellery that is both traditional and reflective of free-spirited women. Here we have a scalloped neckpiece embellished with carved wood and an uncut crystal brooch, together with wrist cuffs -- one in rusted finish, one bearing copper coins and the third matching the chains on the necklace.
Gorgeous garland
Next up is an exposed zipper 'haar' embellished with old and new coins and an uncut crystal-beryl pendant.
Dripping crystals
Surelee Joseph models the showstopper, a layered front and back alloy chain neckpiece, fashioned with an uncut crystal chocker sewn on fabric, combined with a separate uncut crystal neckpiece. On her wrists are matching uncut crystal cuffs.
Going solo
Pittie steps out solo for a quick bow at the end of her show before heading back into the wings.
