| USP: | There might be lot of hype around basic science courses of DU colleges however, undergrad courses at BHU (central university)are one of the best. you can't compare university with any of the colleges. Unlike other universities, everything is within a walled campus(largest in Asia), over 16000 students of various streams reside at one campus. Being in a holy town like Varanasi, you would be away from all the unnecessary hype. Some of the things which other univs are still contempleting, BHU has already implemented it e.g. semester system. One catch is, it takes students based on tough entrance exam where over 65000 students appear against about 500 available seats. It has very strong alumni base spread across the globe. |
