Kameshwari Rao answers, We do hire freshers at Sapient both with Btech & MCA qualifications. We have completed the hiring process for the 2010 batches... just for your information the process is an online test, followed by a technical & an attribute interview. Training period is 6 months from date of joining.

Subbu asked, Hi, I know that Sapient has fired 800 employees in 2009. Can you tell us what is the current requirement and how a prospective employee is assured. I know that the fired employees were not allowed inside the office with armed guards, Please COMMENT
Kameshwari Rao answers, Hello Subbu, Sapient like many other companies had to do some restructuring in 2009 in line with the economic situation. We treat all our people with a lot of sensitivity & respect. Each impacted individual was suitably compensated & provided outplacement & counselling services. They were also given preference when we started to hire again.

Kameshwari Rao answers, We have several senior positions open in technology & PM domains. The process is an in person interview that comprises of a case study + Domain + Attribute interview with an opportunity to meet with senior leaders at Sapient
